Teen Girl Killed In Philadelphia
A 13-year-old girl was shot and killed Wednesday, Sept. 18 in Philadelphia, authorities said. The black female was found on the 2800 block of N Bailey Street having suffered a gunshot wound to the right side of her chest just after 7:35 p.m., police said. She was taken by police to Temple University Hospital, where she was pronounced dead just after 8 p.m. The scene remains secured, and investigators are actively working on the case. Man Found Dead Of Gunshot Wound In Lehigh County
A 65-year-old man from Salisbury Township was found dead of a gunshot wound, authorities said. Richard A. Costello was pronounced dead on Friday, Aug. 2, at 9:37 a.m. at his home, they said. An autopsy was completed on Monday, Aug. 5 at the Lehigh County Coroner's Office and Forensics Center. The cause of death is a gunshot wound to the abdomen, the coroner said. Girl Shot Dead Inside Philadelphia Apartment: Homicide Detectives
A 17-year-old girl was found dead of a gunshot wound on Monday morning, July 15, Philadelphia police say. Officers responded to a home on the 5900 block of Chancellor Street around 9 a.m., PPD said in a release. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Angel Adames is charged with first- and third-degree homicide and related counts, said Spring police in a release. The shooting happened around 7 a.m. on Tuesday, June 25, authorities explained. City police are investigating a shooting in Bethlehem early Sunday morning, June 23. Authorities said they were called to the 1300 block of Fritz Drive just after 4 a.m. Officers arrived to find an adult man with a gunshot wound to the body and he was taken to an area hospital in critical condition, BPD said. A juvenile was shot and injured in Allentown on Thursday afternoon, June 13, city police say.
