A Maryland driver accused of hitting a 75-year-old woman and a dog with his car before fleeing the scene has turned himself in, Manheim Township Police announced on Thursday, Dec. 5. A passenger has been found guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter for a fatal crash on Interstate 78, the Berks County District Attorney's Office annoued on Friday, Oct. 11. A Philadelphia woman has been charged with killing another teenager after running a red light and crashing a stolen vehicle in Montgomery County, authorities said.
