They arrived to find the juvenile boy suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Sleeping Man Shot In Hand, Lancaster Police Say A stray bullet from a shots fired incident went through a man's home and into his hand while he was sleeping early Saturday morning, Oct. 12, Lancaster City police announced later that day.  Officers were called to the reported shooting in the 300 block of S. David E. Frew, 92, of West Salem Township, was shot in the head by his son, David C.
