Fatal Overdose Lands PA State Prison Drug Dealer More Jail Time: DA An already incarcerated 31-year-old man was sentenced to more prison time after pleading guilty to the overdose-related death of another inmate, the Buck County District Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday, Oct. 2. Allen Rhoades, 31, of Doylestown, was sentenced to seven to 20 years in prison for providing the drugs that led to the death of Joshua Patterson, 22, of Philadelphia, while both men were serving time on Monday, Aug. 1, 2022, the DA's Office detailed in a release. Speeding NJ Dad Set To Be Extradited To PA: Police A 29-year-old man fled from police in Doylestown at a high rate of speed with a child in the car, authorities announced on Wednesday, Aug. 7.  Jeremy Ott is awaiting extradition from New Jersey to Pennsylvania on child endangerment, reckless driving, and other charges, they said. On July 19, police received reports of a reckless driver. Ott was known to police as having a suspended driver’s license as a result of a recent DUI arrest, police said.
