Hit-Run Sends Central PA Man Getting Gas To Hospital: Police A 47-year-old man is in the hospital after a hit-and-run in Lancaster County early Wednesday morning, Oct. 16, police announced. Columbia Borough Police officers were called to a report of a person struck at Columbia Plaza in the 910-970 block of Lancaster Avenue at 12:19 a.m., according to the release and Google Maps Street View.
