Family Names Toddler Killed While Crossing Philadelphia Street The 1-year-old girl who was fatally struck by a pickup truck in Philadelphia on Saturday, July 20 was identified by loved ones on GoFundMe as Madison Morales Salazar. 'Armed And Dangerous' Killer Wanted In Philadelphia: Police The accused gunman in a fatal Philadelphia shooting is "armed and dangerous," city police warned in a release on Thursday, July 18.  Leiber Manrique, 53, is wanted for the July 15 killing of Omar Gaitan of the 700 block of Knorr Street, authorities said in a release.  Gaitan was sitting in his Honda CRV when he was shot in the face on the 500 block of West Ruscomb Street, according to investigators.
