Kevin Charles Martin is facing 17 charges related to the sexual abuse of children after a ChildLine report in November 2024 triggered an investigation, the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office said.
The report alleged Martin engaged in inappropriate sexual contact with a juvenile victim dating back to 2016. Investigators later identified a second victim, prosecutors said.
Both children detailed years of disturbing abuse in forensic interviews, authorities said.
After an extensive investigation, charges were filed against Martin on Feb. 5, 2025. He waived his right to a preliminary hearing on March 6, 2025, and the case is now headed to Common Pleas Court, officials said.
Martin remains incarcerated at Lancaster County Prison.
"Instances of child abuse are heartbreaking. I want to commend the work of the Pennsylvania State Police, especially Trooper Ralph Vance, for his efforts to seek justice in this case," District Attorney Pier Hess Graf said.
