A preschool teacher giving a "talk about touch" lesson soon had to contact authorities after a little girl came forward about being inappropriately touched by a man, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice. The company that owns a Delaware County health care network is being sued after its mismanagement resulted in cut services and closures of facilities, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office announced on Tuesday, Oct. 29. Prospect Medical Holdings Inc. is facing a lawsuit for its years of neglect of the Crozer Health System, according PA AG. Equipment rolled off a trailer at an ramp entering Route 222 ramp in Lancaster County on Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 29, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation' 511PA traffic cameras.
