Ephrata Man Killed In Lebanon County Rollover Crash: PA State Police An Ephrata man died after his truck rolled over and struck a tree stump on Stricklerstown Road in Millcreek Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania State Police Jonestown announced on Tuesday, Feb. 18. Randolph R. Blank, 62, was driving a 2006 Ford F350 southbound near 617 Stricklerstown Road at 5:17 a.m. when he left his lane, went off the right shoulder, and hit a tree stump, causing the truck to roll over once, troopers said. Fire Engulfs RV, Van In Central PA: Officials (Photos) A fire ripped through an RV and van in Lebanon County on Monday morning, Oct. 7, fire officials explained. The Neptune Fire Company was called to "a structure fire" in the 300 block of Eagles Peak Road at Eagle's Peak Campground in Millcreek Township at 5:13 a.m. Firefighters arrived to find an RV and van engulfed in flames. It took approximately two hours for crews to clear the scene.
