Rapist Retaliated Against Judges Who Wouldn't Let Him Have Porn In PA Prison A rapist serving prison time for assaults in Philadelphia and Bucks counties has been convicted in Dauphin County for retaliation against judges who wouldn't allow him porn in his prison cell, according to a release by District Attorney Fran Chardo on Wednesday, Sept. 25.  Gregory Dunbar, 65, a Camp Hill native and a current inmate of State Correctional Institution Mahanoy in Schuylkill County, was convicted of nine counts of retaliation against a judicial official and one count of barratry in less than an hour on Tuesday, Sept. 24, the DA detailed in the release.  Dunbar is…
