Suspect Arrested In Stabbing, Body Dumped At Paxtang Cemetery: Police (Update) A Harrisburg man has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a man whose body was found inside a vehicle at Paxtang Cemetery, authorities announced on Tuesday, Feb. 4. Frankelin Franco-Colome was taken into custody earlier in the morning and charged with one count of criminal homicide, according to Swatara Township police. He was arraigned and is being held in Dauphin County Prison without bail. Grave Robber Arrest In Swatara Township: Police The man who stole a grave monument from a cemetery has been identified and arrested, Swatara Township police announced on Friday, Sept. 27.  Anthony Reyes-Pabon, 24, of Harrisburg has been charged in connection with the theft of a grave monument at the William Howard Day Cemetery.  Reyes-Pabon was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Institutional Vandalism of a Cemetery, and Desecration of Venerated Objects.  He was taken into custody on Friday, Sept. 26.  His preliminary hearing was held before Judge Rebecca Jo Margerum at 11:45 a.m. where bail was set at…
