Daniel Lee Boose, age 39, of Gettysburg, has been sentenced to 10 years’ imprisonment by United States District Court Judge Jennifer P. Wilson on Jan. 21, according to the release. Frank Nispel, 55, was found dead in his vehicle on Saturday afternoon, according to a release by the York County coroner's office.
