Death Investigation Underway In Bucks County
Authorities are investigating a death in a Northampton Township home. Police said they were called for a welfare check around 2 p.m. Sunday, June 16 and found a person dead inside a residence. Their identity is being withheld pending notification of family members, officials said. In addition to Northampton police, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office is investigating. "There is no danger to the community," police added.

Months before they were found dead in an apparent murder-suicide, West Goshen police were called to a domestic dispute at the home of Kai O'Connor and Derek Calzadillas, according to documents obtained by Daily Voice. West Goshen police responded to a home on the 400 block of Hightop Road for a welfare check on 41-year-old Derek Calzadillas, who relatives said hadn't heard from him in 24 hours, Chester County District Attorney Christopher De Barrena-Sarobe said. The murder-suicide victims found in a Central Pennsylvania home over the weekend have been identified as a recently engaged couple. Timothy Hanford, 49, is believed to have fatally shot his fiance, Carolyn (Hand) Eash, 57, in a home on the 800 block of Grantham Road in Upper Allen Township, Mechanicsburg, before turning the gun on himself, local officials said.
