No Charges After 3-Year-Old Virginia Boy Found Shot Dead In Pennsylvania: DA A 3-year-old boy Virginian boy's parents will not be charged after he shot himself dead at Tucquan Family Park Campground in Pennsylvania on Oct. 20, the Lancaster County District Attorney's office announced on Wednesday, Nov. 22.
