Fugitive Pelted With Pepper Balls In Stafford Standoff: Police A woman wanted out of Pennsylvania for a weapons violation was arrested after a standoff with Virginia authorities, they said. On Saturday, March 23 around 1:45 a.m., deputies with the Stafford County Sheriff's Office got a tip that Anya Dibiase was at the McDonald's on Wonder Road, Sheriff David Decatur said. Dibiase had been wanted out of Ridley Park, PA for a felony weapons violation, and was noted to be possibly armed and dangerous, the sheriff said. The tips regarding Jesse Abercrombie, of Stafford, came in to the Stafford County Sheriff's Computer Crime Unit in October 2023, Sheriff David Decatur said.
