Marc Anthony Cruz, 30, of Lancaster, was arrested after riding his motorcycle at speeds greater than 100 MPH-- leading police on a chase that ended at his place of employment, according to the New Holland police department. Vehicle Plows Through Pittsburgh Plasma Center Killing 3 The Biomat USA plasma donation center in the Manchester neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania was rammed through by an SUV on Sunday-- killing three people and wounding others, say police. The plasma donation center was struck by a speeding Hyundai Sante Fe in the 1300 block of Western Avenue around 11:35 a.m. The people killed were the driver, Ronald K. Morgan, 50, of McKeesport along with two center employees Laura Elaine Meneskie, 35, of Pittsburgh, and Parveena Begum Abdul, 55, of Clairton, according to the Allegheny County medical examiner.
