Richard Moants, 76, was last seen 6 a.m. Thursday leaving his home in Bath Borough, according to PSP Bethlehem. Moants is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds and is balding with white hair and blue eyes, police said. He was wearing jeans and a dark blue jacket when he was last seen, authorities said.
