A Williamsport man was arrested after a girl woke up naked in his home while being strangled, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Monday, Sept. 30. Nicholas Allyn Peterson, 22, of Williamsport, was charged with raping and attempting to strangle a girl on Tuesday, Sept. 24, the Williamsport Bureau of Police detailed in the affidavit of probable cause.
