Kevin Nguyen, 29, of Bensalem, was arrested again for messaging two teen girls online on Monday, Oct. 21, according to the Bensalem Police Department. State troopers are looking for a New York sex offender who has not kept up with his registration requirements, according to authorities. Edwin Rolando Padron, 57, was convicted in 2012 of possessing child sexual abuse material, PSP said.
