Two Philadelphia could face up to life in prison after federal prosecutors say they deliberately set a fire that killed a city firefighter last summer. Al-Ashraf Khalil and Isaam Jaghama, both 29, are charged with malicious damage by means of fire of a building used in interstate commerce and conspiracy to commit the same, said US Attorney Jacqueline C. A building owner has been accused of setting a fire that killed a longtime Philadelphia firefighter, 6abc reports. Al-Ashraf Khalil, 28, is facing multiple charges for lying to investigators about his whereabouts at the time of the incident that killed 51-year-old Sean Williamson on Saturday, June 18, the outlet says. Philadelphia Firefighter Killed In Building Collapse ID'd As Sean Williamson, 51
A longtime Philadelphia firefighter killed in a building collapse Saturday, June 18 has been identified as Sean Williamson. A 27-year department veteran, 51-year-old Williamson was crushed by rubble at 300 W, Indiana Ave., which went up in flames around 2 a.m., fire officials said. Around 90 minutes later, it collapsed.
