62-Year-Old Man Dead, 2 Critical In Morris County Weekend House Fire
A 62-year-old man was killed and two others were seriously injured in a weekend fire in Morris County, authorities tell Daily Voice. Gregory Balbirnie was found dead while two other victims rescued, a male and female, were taken to Saint Barnabas Medical Center in the Saturday, Dec. 10 fire on Cypress and Elm places in Randolph, the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said. Records show Balbirnie previously lived in Downington, PA. He worked as a realtor in Exton for the past several years, his LinkedIn profile shows. The fire remains under investigation.

Warren County Woman, 77, Dies Of Smoke Inhalation Days After Second-Story House Fire
A woman who was airlifted after being rescued from a second-story house fire in Warren County died from smoke inhalation Wednesday, authorities said. Firefighters rescued Mary Frey, 77, from the Washington Borough blaze, which broke out at 82 Youmans Ave. around 9 a.m. Saturday. Frey had been breathing independently as she was being airlifted to Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston — but later died due to smoke inhalation, NJ.com reports citing Prosecutor Jim Pfeifer. The cause of the fire remains undetermined but does not appear suspicious, the report says.

Woman Airlifted, 4 Firefighters Treated For Smoke Inhalation In Warren County Fire
Four police officers were treated for smoke inhalation and a woman was airlifted in a Warren County house fire Saturday, authorities said. The four officers were met with heavy smoke condition when they responded to the Washington Borough home at 82 Youmans Ave. around 9 a.m., Washington Township Police Sgt. Jerry Magyar told NJ.com.
