Teen Blocked Police Vehicle At Northeast Philly Car Meet: Authorities Three people were arrested when police broke up a car meet in Northeast Philadelphia on Sunday night.  Authorities said they arrived at the 500 block of Adams Avenue to find some 200 people and around 100 vehicles.  An officer activated his lights and sirens after bystanders "encircled" his car, PPD said. Berks Man KO'd Cop And Stole His TASER, Jury Finds A Berks County man was convicted of wrestling away a police officer's TASER device and then knocking him unconscious, authorities say.  Jacob Aharonian, 23, of Morgantown, was found guilty of aggravated assault and disarming a law enforcement officer following a three-day trial, said District Attorney John T.
