PSP Vehicle Involved In Crash On I-95 In Delaware County: Troopers A state police vehicle was involved in a crash on Interstate 95 early on Thursday, May 2, according to troopers.  It happened in the southbound lanes near mile marker 6.2 in Chester, police wrote in a report. A driver crashed off the right shoulder and their car overturned, blocking the right and center lanes, authorities said.  A driver behind that car immediately hit their brakes and applied their hazard lights before they were rear-ended by a PSP Ford Interceptor, according to police.  Two troopers were in the police vehicle at the time of the crash, authorities said.
