Game Of Assassins Prompts Lockdown Of Delco Elementary Schools Two Delaware County elementary schools were locked down early Wednesday after a prankster with a water gun was mistaken for an armed person, authorities say.  It happened around 8:30 a.m. on May 17, Ridley Township police wrote in a release.
