Fairmount Park Murders: Victims Left Bar With Suspects Before Execution-Style Killings, PD Says
Thurston Cooper and Krystina Chambers willingly left a North Philadelphia bar with the couple who would murder them just 20 minutes later, claim city police.
Cooper, 49, and Chambers, 38, were shot "execution-style" in Fairmount Park around 10 p.m. on Feb. 28, PPD said at a press conference Thursday, March 14.
Lamar Young, 52, and Dale Johnson, 56, are facing charges for the murders, authorities said.

Third Suspect Arrested In SEPTA Shooting That Hospitalized 8 Teens: Marshals
A third suspect in the mass shooting at a SEPTA bus stop has been arrested, authorities say.
Jermahd Carter, 19, was taken into custody by US Marshals and city police on Tuesday, March 12, officials said in a release. He was found in a family member's home on the 12000 block of Academy Road in Northeast Philadelphia, according to marshals.
He's charged with attempted murder, firearms violations, and related offenses, officials said.
