MTV's Bam Margera Back In PA Prison Court Officials Say Former reality TV star Bam Margera has been released from the Chester County Prison his attorney told Daily Voice on Wednesday, Sept. 25.  Brandon "Bam" Cole Margera, 44, a West Chester native, appeared in Chester Court District Court on Monday, Sept. 23, a court clerk told us.  The 44-year-old was arrested last Monday, Sept. 16 in Fulton County during a traffic stop on suspicion of DUI, Pennsylvania State Police told us. Florida Man Was DUI In 2019 Killing Of 25-Year-Old Chester County Woman, DA Says A Florida native is facing a prison sentence for driving under the influence when he struck and killed a 25-year-old Chester County woman in 2019, authorities announced Tuesday. A victim reported to PA State Police on Nov. 19, 2019, that they had been struck by a driver in a neon green Camaro, who quickly fled the scene in Warwick Township, according to the Chester County District Attorney's office. Church Farm School Teacher Facing Up To 30 Years In Prison For Sexually Assaulting Student A former Church Farm School teacher is facing up to 30 years in prison for allegedly sexually assaulting a student between 2008 and 2010, authorities announced. The former student contacted West Whiteland law enforcement in December 2018 to report that he had been sexually abused by Marc Spera, 58, of St. Petersburg, Florida when he was in 7th and 8th grade, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
