Arthur Jones, 38, who is considered armed and dangerous, is wanted for the incident that happened on Sunday, May 12 in which the officer was assaulted and disarmed, police previously said. It happened at the parking lot of the 6301 Oxford Avenue ShopRite, according to police. North Philadelphia Fires Kill Woman, Injures Firefighter One woman is dead and a Philadelphia firefighter is hurt after a pair of fires on Tuesday, Dec. 19, and early Wednesday, Dec. 20, officials told Daily Voice.  The first blaze broke out around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of West Tioga Street in Franklinville, a Fire Department spokesperson said. First responders arrived to find heavy smoke coming from the second floor of a two-story rowhome, but firefighters brought the flames under control within about 15 minutes, according to PFD.  One unidentified woman was killed and one neighbor was displaced, authorities said.  …
