William Noel, 58, was struck by a Citroen Relay van in the evening hours of Wednesday, April 10 in Edinburgh, police in Scotland said. He was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, where he died of his injuries on Monday, April 29, police said. Missing Chesco Dad Died From Car Crash In Delaware: Authorities An Oxford man who was reported missing late last month was identified as the victim of a Delaware car crash, officials say. Forty-two-year-old Bobby Pipkins Jr. was killed in a wreck in north Wilmington sometime between Nov. 25 and Dec. 6, said Delaware State Police in a release.  Pipkins was reported missing to Wilmington police on Nov. 25 after he left a family function and was not heard from again, according to DSP and relatives. Suburban Philly Man Chokes Headbuts Woman, Spits In Her Face, Police Say A 35-year-old Suburban Philly man was arrested for choking a woman and then spitting in her face Saturday, police said. The victim told authorities that John R. Logan choked her around the neck, head butted her and the spat in her face on the 100 block of N Third Street around 4:35 p.m., Oxford police said. Logan was charged with strangulation and taken to Chester Chester Prison for arraignment.
