Kevin Nguyen, 29, of Bensalem, was arrested again for messaging two teen girls online on Monday, Oct. 21, according to the Bensalem Police Department. Nguyen's arrest was announced on Wednesday, Oct. 30. The investigation began in June when officers received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, police said.
