Woman Found Dead In Car After PA House Explosion, Fire Identified: Coroner The woman found dead inside a burning vehicle following reports of a house explosion in Manheim Township has been identified, authorities announced on Friday, Feb. 28. Ronda Meckley, 65, of Manheim Township, was discovered inside the vehicle near Hoffacker Road and Gabco Lane after firefighters extinguished the flames around midnight on Tuesday, Feb. 25, according to the York County Coroner’s Office. Dakota James Toms, 28, of Abbottstown, is wanted in Pennsylvania on various felony charges, as Daily Voice previously reported.
