Central PA Man Charged With Aggravated Assault On Child Under 6-Years-Old: Authorities
A 35-year-old man in central Pennsylvania has been charged with aggravated assault of a child less than six-years-old, authorities said. Joshua M. Velazquez, of East Petersberg, also endangered the welfare of the child, which is a third-degree felony, according to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department. A couple has been charged with willfully abandoning dogs in East Petersburg, according to local police.
