A Chambersburg man wanted for kidnapping was arrested by US Marshals and NYPD in New York City on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 10:10 a.m., authorities announced the following day.
Jarell Stanley Cherry, 40, was wanted on an active arrest warrant for "acts involving Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault with a firearm," Chambersburg police stated in the original release on Friday, Feb. 3, 2023.
