Authorities have apprehended a man wanted in connection with a deadly shooting that rocked the Chambersburg community last month, officials announced.
Joshua Martin Bresnick, 32, was arrested early Friday, Jan. 3, 2025, during a Pennsylvania State Police raid at a home on Buchanan Trail in McConnellsburg. He is accused of fatally shooting 20-year-old Rakeem Floyd on Dec. 18, 2024, outside Southgate Mall, Chambersburg police said.

Geoffrey Blaine, 40, of West Chester, lost his life after his work truck veered off the roadway on the 400 block of Township Line Road at 12:25 p.m., Plymouth Township police said in a release. The vehicle struck a telephone pole, a split-rail fence, and a tree before coming to rest. Blaine was pronounced dead at the scene.

YNG Cheese, a 25-year-old rapper and son of Philadelphia musician Gillie Da Kid, was shot and killed on an Olney street late on Thursday, July 20, according to multiple reports and city police.
