Molotov Cocktail Tossed Onto US Route 15, Pennsylvania State Police Gettysburg Say
A molotov cocktail was hurled on the highway near Gettysburg on Saturday, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Wednesday, Jan. 3. The lit projectile was tossed from a vehicle causing a fire along U.S. 15 South near Mile Marker 23.2 in Huntington Township, according to state police This happened at about 4:52 a.m. on Dec. 30, PSP detailed. A Molotov cocktail is "a crude incendiary device typically consisting of a bottle filled with flammable liquid and with a means of ignition. 'Molotov Cocktail' Thrown At Empty Car In East Stroudsburg, Troopers Say
State police are investigating after a Molotov cocktail was tossed at an unoccupied car parked at East Stroudsburg University, troopers said in a release. Authorities believe the arson happened around 4 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 15. A Molotov cocktail, police said, is "a hand-thrown incendiary weapon consisting of a fragile container filled with flammable substances, containing a fuse that is lit prior to being thrown." The Monroe County District Attorney's Office is also investigating, troopers added. Anyone with information should call PSP Stroudsburg at 570-619-6800.

Trenton Arsonist Charged In Deadly Molotov Cocktail Christmas Fire
A Trenton man was charged with murder and arson in the Molotov cocktail fire that killed two people on Christmas morning, authorities announced. Ronal Ordonez-Lima, 28, is accused of setting fire to the front porch of 221 Rusling St. in Trenton shortly before 3:30 a.m., Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said Monday. Six occupants were in the home during the fire, which spread to five other houses and several adjacent vehicles, Onofri said.
