DA: Chester County Man Raped 16-Year-Old Girl He Shared Bed With For More Than A Year A 58-year-old Chester County man has been arrested on accusations he raped a 16-year-old girl multiple times a week for over a year, after the girl reported the abuse to authorities, officials announced.  The teen girl moved from Georgia, where she lived with her adoptive family, to Michael Richardson's two-bedroom apartment in Spring City in early 2020, District Attorney Deb Ryan said.
