Driver Killed In Head-On Crash With Dump Truck On Route 73 In PA: Coroner A 41-year-old Reading man was killed in a violent head-on crash with a Mack dump truck in Ruscombmanor Township, the Berks County Coroner’s Office announced. Pablo G. Espejo died following a two-vehicle wreck in the area of Blandon and Fraser roads in Ruscombmanor on Saturday, July 13 at approximately 1:07 p.m., county officials said. Espejo was driving east on Route 73 (Blandon Road) when his vehicle crossed over the solid double yellow lines and struck a westbound Mack truck head-on, authorities explained. A black SUV crashed into the back of a black Mack truck at the plaza around 2:20 p.m., Lower Saucon Township Police said. The SUV then backed up and drove away, heading south onto Route 378.
