A Palmyra man who killed his mother in a head-on crash while under the influence of multiple drugs has been sentenced to state prison, the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office announced on Monday, Dec. 30. A year after a $1,000 reward was offered for information leading to the capture of a man who is accused of raping a person with mental disabilities, David Vazquez has been arrested. The 67-year-old Lancaster City man was taken into custody in Scranton by Pennsylvania State Police.
