'That Baby Never Had A Chance': Bucks Dad Sentenced In Infant Son's Overdose Death A Bensalem father will spend up to two years behind bars for the fatal overdose of his 4-month-old son, a Bucks County judge has ruled.  Daniel S. Howarth was convicted of child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Judge Gary B.
