A skateboarder succumbed to his injuries last week after he was struck in a Levittown hit-and-run, said the Bucks County Coroner's Office. Joel Steven Moreau, 28, died from multiple injuries and his death has been ruled accidental, authorities said. A 24-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run on Sunday night, Nov. 12, while he was stopped to help another driver, according to Philadelphia police.
