1 Dead In Crash Near Harrah's Philadelphia Casino: Report One person died in a crash outside of Harrah's Philadelphia Casino Wednesday, Feb. 23, 6abc reports. Two cars collided outside the casino in the 700 block of Harrah's Boulevard in Chester around 8:30 p.m., the outlet says citing local police.
