'Serious Accident' Closes Intersection On Bucks-Montco Line Drivers are asked to avoid the scene of a crash in Montgomery Township on Tuesday, July 16.  A "serious accident" happened near  Lower State Road and County Line Road, Warrington Township Emergency Services said Tuesday morning. Crews In Lansdale Knock Down Memorial Day House Fire Crews knocked down a fire that broke out at a Lansdale home early Monday morning. Firefighters responded to a home at W. Mt Vernon and Broad streets just before 6 a.m., the Fairmount Fire Company said. The blaze was under control in 20 minutes. The Fire Department of Montgomery Township, North Penn Volunteer Fire Company and Worcester Volunteer Fire Department responded.

Fire Crews Tackle Chalfont Garage Blaze During Snowstorm Fire crews tackled a garage blaze in Chalfont Borough, Bucks County during Thursday's snowstorm, authorities said. The Chalfont Fire Company responded to the fire around 11:45 a.m. at 130 N. Main St, according to a Facebook post. Firefighters spent about two hours extinguishing the blaze. The Chalfont Fire Company was assisted by the Doylestown Fire Company, Warrington Township Emergency Services, the Midway Volunteer Fire Company, Hartsville Fire Company, the Fire Department of Montgomery Township, the Plumsteadville Volunteer Fire Company, and North Penn Goodwill Service.
