Face masks will no longer be enforced on airplanes and other modes of public transport after a federal judge ruled the order unconstitutional Monday, April 18. The decision comes after U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle said in a 59-page decision that the CDC overstepped its authority by enforcing the 14-month directive. Remembering John Huynh, Pennsylvania Man Stabbed To Death For Not Wearing Face Mask
John Huynh, a Pennsylvania native, was stabbed in the heart after he stopped to talk to a neighbor near his Seattle-suburb home on Sunday, according to police in Washington. Huynh, 29, formerly of Ephrata, was stabbed to death by his neighbor, Ian Patrick Williams, 25 of Bothell -- over wearing a face mask -- according to charging documents filed in King County Superior Court.
