Thieves Spill Used Cooking Oil At Newtown Borough Hall: Police Clean-up crews are working to sop up used cooking oil that police say was spilled by would-be thieves at the Newtown Borough Hall parking lot over the weekend. Borough police and firefighters were called to the Municipal Building, 23 N.
