PA Woman Gave Alcohol To Minors At Party; 6 Others Charged With Underage Drinking: Police A Pennsylvania woman and six juveniles were arrested during a party where alcohol was being served to minors, authorities said. Melissa Marie Ferrell, 43, was accused of providing alcohol to the children at her Stevens home on Feb. 25, East Cocalico Township police said. Officers were called to the home on the 100 block of East Church Street just before 10 p.m., on reports of an underage drinking party, police said.
