Witnesses Sought In Weekend Bala Cynwyd Shooting Police in Montgomery County are seeking the public's help with any information about a shooting in Bala Cynwyd over the weekend. Nobody was injured when several gunshots were fired in the parking lot of 2 Bala Plaza in the 300 block of East City Avenue around 2:35 p.m Saturday, March 19, Lower Merion police said. Responding officers spotted a black Dodge Durango speeding away from the scene and heading eastbound on I-76, prompting police to initiate a chase, they said.
