State Police Release New Details, Offer Reward In PA Teen's Apparent Murder Authorities are shedding more light on the apparent murder of 19-year-old Kevin Cagle.  The Williamsport-area resident was found dead along I-80 near Mexico and Creek roads in Liberty Township late on Friday, Oct. 13, state police previously said. The Montour County Coroner's Office said he died by homicide but did not describe the cause of death.  Now, authorities say Cagle was shot in the chest while still in Williamsport and then driven to Montour County where his remains were discarded. Teenager Found Dead By Homicide Along I-80 In PA A 19-year-old was found dead along Interstate 80 in an apparent murder, according to officials.  Kevin Marcus Cagle's remains were located near Mexico and Creek roads in Liberty Township, the Pennsylvania State Police said.  Authorities made the discovery late on Friday, Oct. 13.  The Montour County Coroner's Office said the Williamsport teen died by homicide but did not describe the cause of death.  "No further information will be released at this time to protect the integrity of the case," they announced.  Two of Cagle's siblings have launched GoFundMe campaigns to assist the family in…
