Police arrested a man in Philadelphia on Sunday, May 5 following a hit-and-run crash in Yeadon, according to authorities. Officials said William F. Butler rear-ended a car at a red light on Church Lane near the intersection with Whitby Avenue. The collision sent the struck car forward into the back of another vehicle, authorities said. Bicyclist Stabbed During Robbery In Delaware County: Authorities
Investigators are asking for the public's help to find two suspects in a Yeadon Borough stabbing. The victim was riding a bicycle late on Tuesday, March 12, when he was stopped by a dark-colored SUV, borough police wrote in a release. Authorities said it happened on Church Lane between MacDade Boulevard and Baltimore Avenue. Two suspects, a man and a woman, exited the vehicle and demanded his bike and his money, authorities said. Fleeing Robber Caught With 12-Gauge Shotgun In Yeadon, Police Say
One man is in custody after a pair of armed robberies in Yeadon on Tuesday evening, Feb. 27, according to borough police. Authorities said they were called about an armed person on the 500 block of Church Lane around 6:30 p.m. While en route, a second caller in the area said their business had been robbed.
