Jane Althoff was just 8 years old when she was killed at a Chester area carnival more than 70 years ago by an infamous alleged serial killer, according to organizers on GoFundMe. Althoff went to the traveling fair in Trainer with her two brothers on April 25, 1951. Her brothers reported her missing when it was time to leave and they could not find her. Unruly Behavior At Bucks County Carnival Prompts Chaperone Policy
Unruly behavior at the Neshaminy Mall Carnival has prompted safety changes, police announced. Citing a night of "unacceptable activity" on and around the carnival grounds, Bensalem police and Dreamland Amusements will be implementing a chaperone policy for all children under 18 years old. West Whiteland Police Seek ID For Carnival Assault Suspect
Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a woman wanted for an assault in Chester County. The woman pictured above in the neon pink sweatshirt was captured on video allegedly assaulting the victim during a carnival at the Exton Square Mall around 8:50 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, West Whiteland police said.
