Jose Pereira was on the 7th floor balcony of the Spinnaker South Tower when the balcony above him collapsed, crushing him around 2:20 p.m., Sea Isle City Police Chief Anthony J. Garreffi Jr. said. The case dates back to 1990, when a 20-year-old Susan Negersmith, of Carmel (Putnam County) NY, was spending the weekend with friends in Wildwood, authorities said.  Using a DNA match, police arrested Jerry Rosado, now 62, of Millville, according to Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H. NJ Police Officers Caught Stealing Bikes, Prosecutor Says A pair of police officers in Cape May County were arrested for stealing bicycles, authorities said. Surveillance tapes show Eric Campbell and Austin Craig, both 28 of Lower Township, removing the bikes from an area of Decatur Street on Oct. 8, the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office said. Craig and Campbell are both police officers in Lower Township, authorities said. Campbell and Craig were both issued a summons for theft, a crime of the fourth degree.
