Victor Miles, 33, of Flourtown, was observed driving a dark-colored Mazda south on Hulmeville Road near Byberry Road, the Bensalem Police Department said on Tuesday, Oct. 29.  The windows of the Mazda were heavily tinted, and as the officer got behind the vehicle, it sped up, committed a traffic violation, and almost crashed into another vehicle, according to police.
